- No lump preparation must take place at the time of batter mixing – The first step of preparing motichoor laddu is the preparation of batter. It can be done by adding besan, rava, baking soda, water and food colour in a bowl. The mixture must be mixed well until a smooth texture is achieved. No lump formation must take place.
- Boondis must not become too crispy – Heat oil in a pan for frying. Take a ladle having small perforated holes. Pour the batter on the ladle followed by keeping the same on top of the oil. - Water must be boiled until sugar gets completely dissolved – Take another pan and add orange colour along with one-and-half cup of water followed by bringing it to boil.
